We started looking for properties about 3 years ago and could never find the right fit. We had a few instances where homes were sold before we could see them, as we live in Northern New York. Additionally, because of Covid, the inventory of homes for sale was very slim. Despite all of these challenges, Stephanie remained diligent. She sent us listings as soon as she received them. She weeded out homes for as as we did not want a place that needed a lot of work. As she became more familiar with what our needs/wants were, Stephanie would preview homes and video them for us to see. Stephanie proved knowledgeable about the area, the homes available, tax structures, builders, etc. My husband and I are so grateful for Stephanie's tenacity and professionalism. In our situation wherein we were buying a house and preparing a house to sell, we benefited greatly from her knowledge of Dataw Island, her connections with contractors who could help us at both houses, and her guidance with respect to negotiating the deal.

Her expertise, professionalism, experience, and patience was everything we could ask for. I didn’t expect the amount of effort she put forth to making sure my family was taken care of in the sale of our first house. If I return to Beaufort, I will be contacting her again!

Sherrie and I inquired about the properties for sale in the St Helena Island area. She offered to show us some homes in the community. We found three to four other properties outside her area one being on Sea Pines, one on Paris Island and lastly Lady's Island. The house we purchased was on a very tight time frame to make an offer and she was very diligent in getting our offer submitted that we were 2nd offer submitted. She worked with the sellers agent to get as much information she could find out about the house so we could make a good decision on the purchase. I could go on and on about Stephanie as to her wonderful personality to why she makes one of the best realtors I ever dealt with especially her knowledge of the area and where to buy and not to buy.
