Stephanie Graham welcomes you to Beaufort and the beautiful Sea Islands of South Carolina!

Stephanie is a lover of the environment; with great appreciation and passion for the stunningly beautiful land and sea habitat that makes our area so special. She loves all things gardening and horses. She volunteers weekly at HELP of Beaufort (Food Pantry and Clothes Closet) and is a member of the Beaufort Chapter 100 Women Who Care.

Stephanie has had the privilege of being a successful real estate agent for 25 years. She has extensive personal experience in flipping houses, investment properties and earned the "SuperHost" designation on Airbnb. She enjoys assisting clients in buying and selling, whether it be the primary home, a 2nd home, an investment property, or building lots for a new construction home. Stephanie has the knowledge, energy, patience, and perseverance to navigate the ins and outs of the Beaufort market to ensure a successful closing. Dataw Island, Harbor Island, Fripp Island, St. Helena Island, and Beaufort are Stephanie's areas of expertise.

Stephanie was born, raised, and educated (Old Dominion University) in coastal Virginia. She is married to Jim Graham, a USNA graduate and a University of Virginia graduate. Stephanie is a seasoned mover (11 Navy moves) and understands the importance of being available at a moment's notice for the client during this exciting yet sometimes challenging change of location and lifestyle.

Stephanie is the mother of four wonderful adult children and two adult grandchildren.
